• Member Onboarding Information: Personal information uploaded by gym administrators about gym members, such as member name, phone number, current membership plan type, start/expiration dates, and attendance records.
• Usage Metrics: System logins, analytics dashboard requests, and connectivity history.

2. How We Use Your Information

The collected information is used solely to facilitate the features of our platform:

• To provide and maintain the gym management dashboard and check-in services.
• To automate the onboarding welcome flow and send membership expiration warnings.
• To route templates, triggers, and automated messages via the Meta WhatsApp Cloud API.
• To process subscription payments and generate direct downloadable PDF invoices.

3. Sharing and Third-Party Integrations

We do not sell, trade, or rent personal data to third parties. We share details with trusted service providers only as necessary to fulfill the Service. This includes utilizing the Meta developer platform to transmit WhatsApp template messages and Azure Blob Storage to retain branding assets and backups securely.

4. Data Deletion & Opt-Out

We respect your control over your personal data:

• Deletion Requests: Gym administrators or members can request that their account data or member details be permanently removed by sending an email to admin@auro360.in.
• Opt-Out: Members can opt out of automated WhatsApp communications by responding to the messages directly or requesting their gym administrator to remove them from automated lists.

We process data deletion requests within 30 business days, subject to regulatory or standard billing retention periods.

5. Data Security

We implement robust, industry-standard administrative and electronic safeguards to defend your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or deletion. This includes HTTPS data transit and secured server database systems.
