Terms of Service

1. Use of the Service

Auro360 grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service strictly in accordance with these Terms. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your credentials.
• Use the Service solely for legitimate gym management and member retention operations.

2. Messaging Policies (WhatsApp Integration)

If you utilize our automated WhatsApp notifications (powered by the Meta WhatsApp Cloud API), you explicitly agree to comply with:

• The Meta WhatsApp Business Terms of Service and WhatsApp Business Policy.
• An absolute prohibition on sending spam, unsolicited marketing messages, or unauthorized broadcasts. All messages must rely on pre-approved templates for member welcome flows or renewal alerts.
• Obtaining necessary opt-in consents from your gym members before onboarding them to receive automated alerts.

3. Billing & Subscriptions

Our subscription plans (Starter, Professional, Enterprise) are billed on a recurring monthly cycle. We offer a 30-day free trial on the Starter plan. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your billing settings. Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

All software components, UI designs, codebases, and logos associated with the Service are the exclusive intellectual property of Auro360. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of any part of our platform.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted connectivity or error-free operations of third-party systems, including Meta WhatsApp API gateways.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auro360 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, if we determine you have violated these Terms or WhatsApp Business Policies.
